Adele Moloney

Adele is a lawyer in the Compensation Law group. She practises in common law and statutory benefits litigation - representing employers, insurers and WorkSafe Victoria in the Supreme, County & Magistrates' Courts of Victoria.

Adele provides advice to Worksafe Victoria, as well as agents and employers in relation to statutory benefits and serious injury and common law damages matters under the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and the Workplace Injury, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013. She is also a registered migration agent, and acts on behalf of pro bono clients in Federal Circuit, Federal and High Court applications.
