Caroline Mills

Caroline is a partner in the Compensation Law group. She practises primarily in common law litigation, representing employers, insurers and WorkSafe Victoria in actions for damages in the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria.

Caroline has experience at the Victorian Bar and as a legal policy advisor and advocate in the not-for-profit sector. Caroline enjoys striving for strong outcomes for clients in Supreme Court and County Court damages actions.
