Paul Mayson

Paul Mayson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. Currently serving as a Partner at Lander & Rogers since December 2021, Paul previously held the position of Director at KPMG Law from April 2017 to November 2021. Further experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Sparke Helmore Lawyers and King & Wood Mallesons, and Associate at Slaughter and May. Paul began their career as a Lawyer at Allens. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) with a major in Chemistry from the same institution, complemented by studies at Utrecht University.
