Dora Azevedo

Dora Azevedo has been working in the tech recruitment industry since 2018. In that time, they have held a variety of roles at different companies. From 2018-2019, they were an HR Trainee at Vitae Professionals and KW SOMOS. During this time, they were responsible for posting job ads, assisting in the interview process, organizing and conducting training programs, and creating and organizing training manuals. From 2019-2021, they held the roles of IT Recruiter and ITR & People Development Trainee at Smart Consulting - Delivering IT. During this time, they were responsible for posting job ads, conducting kick-off meetings with hiring managers, sourcing potential candidates, screening incoming resumes, conducting screening calls, providing shortlists of qualified candidates, interviewing candidates, and providing feedback to candidates. In 2021, they held the roles of Tech Recruiter at Retarus, Replai, and Galp. At Galp, their responsibilities included posting job ads, conducting kick-off meetings, sourcing potential candidates, screening incoming resumes, conducting screening calls, providing shortlists of qualified candidates, interviewing candidates, collecting content, providing insights regarding Galp's company page, and analyzing different company's recruitment processes. In 2021, they also held the role of Tech Recruitment Manager at Landing.Jobs. Lastly, in 2022, they held the role of Tech Recruiter at Amyris.

Dora Azevedo obtained a Licenciatura in Human Resources from Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto between 2017 and 2020.
