Inês Miranda

Inês Miranda has been in the workforce since 2006. Inês began their career at ISCTE-IUL, where they served as a Colaboradora do CIS (Centro de Investigação e Intervenção Social) and a Colaboradora voluntária no comitê organizador do V Encontro de Psicologia Social e das Organizações in 2006 and 2007, respectively. In 2009, they joined Edge Innovation as an Account Manager and Human Resources. Inês then moved to TIMWE in 2013 as a Human Resources Specialist. Following this, they joined Olisipo - Ajudamos a Crescer as a Head of IT Recruitment Team and Human Resources Consultant. In 2017, they were hired by Smart Consulting - Delivering IT as the Head of Sourcing & Recruitment. In 2018, they joined Crossjoin Solutions as an HR Manager. Inês has been with Landing.Jobs since 2019, where they have held the roles of Head of Recruitment and Hiring Delivery Lead.

Inês Miranda has a background in Psychology. Inês obtained their Licenciatura in Psychology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 2008 and then went on to complete their Mestrado in Psicologia Social e das Organizações from the same institution in 2010. Inês also holds two Mentor certifications from Pitch Bootcamp.
