Telma Silva

Telma Silva has been working in the Human Resources sector since 2019. Telma began their career at PrimeIT, an international company with more than 12 years of experience in Consultancy, turn-key projects, project management and Nearshore Solutions. Telma held the role of Human Resources in PrimeIT for two years. In 2021, they joined Landing.Jobs, where they held the roles of Talent Manager, Talent Success Specialist and Talent Specialist Trainee.

Telma Silva has completed a Master's degree in Psychology of Human Resources, Work and Organizations from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Lisbon in 2020. Telma also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences from the same institution, which they completed in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from ForMyMind, Centro de Formação, Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra, ISCTE-IUL, and ISPA, including a Webinário: Recrutamento e Seleção, a Palestra Educacional de Programação Neurolinguística, Inteligência Emocional, Neuroplasticidade e Educação., a Workshop de Gestão de Imagem Pessoal+LinkedIn, and a Workshop “O que é o Coaching?”.
