Jason Rouse is an experienced operations and management professional with a diverse background in the hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as Area General Manager at Landing from October 2023, Jason previously held roles at Patriot Family Homes as Market Manager and Kasa Living, Inc. in Launch Operations. Jason’s experience includes managing onboarding processes at Vacasa, overseeing transformation projects at Palette Resort, and enhancing operational efficiency as General Manager at OYO. Jason's career began at Le Meridien Tampa, where leadership in front office operations contributed to the property’s recognition as the top location in North America for the brand. Jason also gained operational management experience at U.S. Bank. Jason holds a degree from Trevecca Nazarene University.
