James Christovich

Chief Estimator at Landis Construction

James Christovich has a comprehensive work experience in the construction industry. Starting in 2006, they worked for Landis Residential Builders, LLC as a Project Manager and later as the General Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to Landis Construction Co., LLC, taking on the role of Project Manager. James then advanced to become the Chief Estimator in October 2017. James has a proven track record of effectively managing projects and overseeing estimations.

James Christovich received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Washington and Lee University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Metairie Park Country Day from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, James has obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Construction Financials), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety), and Procore Certified: Subcontractor, all in July and August 2018.
