Jan Benka

Jan Benka is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and identity management. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Landis+Gyr since April 2019, Jan specializes in Azure AD, automation using PowerShell, and infrastructure as code with Terraform. Previous roles include Global Systems Engineer and Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed Active Directory support, Office 365 administration, and GCP management. Prior to Landis+Gyr, Jan worked at Adient as an Identity and Access Management Engineer, focusing on Active Directory infrastructure for a large international organization. Earlier experience includes roles at Diebold Nixdorf in client support and at Re:Sources in various IT support capacities. Jan holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Košice.
