John Ng

John Ng has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John is currently the Head of Customer Delivery at Landis+Gyr, a position they have held since August 2019. From 2012 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Netcracker Technology. Prior to that, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at ZTE Corporation from 2008 to 2012. John was a Project Manager at Nokia from 2000 to 2008, and before that, they were a Technology Manager at Cat-Street.com (IT startup) in 2000. John also gained experience as a Network Engineer at Nortel Networks from 1994 to 1995, and as a Project Engineer (Programming) at Fujitsu from 1993 to 1994.

John Ng holds a Master's Degree of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, which they completed from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Electronic Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. John Ng has also acquired various additional certifications, including "Architecting with Google Compute Engine" and "Data Engineering, Big Data, and Machine Learning on GCP" from Coursera, "Containers & Kubernetes Essentials" from IBM, "Agile with Atlassian Jira" from Coursera, and several others.
