Joseph Francis

Joseph Francis possesses a strong background in technical implementation and engineering, currently holding the position of Technical Implementation Manager at Landis+Gyr since August 2021, following roles as Technical Implementation Engineer II and Technical Implementation Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Software Developer and Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellow at SkillStorm from September 2020 to March 2021. Joseph's military background includes serving in the US Army from February 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities spanned from overseeing test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment to supervising communication and electronics operations and managing communication security. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kennesaw State University between 2012 and 2016.
