Vikas Verma

Vikas Verma is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and infrastructure across various roles. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional Manager for Asia Pacific L1 Support at Landis+Gyr since June 2009, Vikas has been instrumental in overseeing IT management and improvements for the Global Development Center and Manufacturing locations, catering to over 1000 users. Vikas has utilized ITIL-4 and PRINCE-2 methodologies to enhance service delivery and has coordinated global operations with teams in Sydney and Zug. Previous roles include significant positions at IBM, Spice Digital, and Wipro Infotech, where Vikas led IT projects, managed networks, and provided server support.
