Karen Porter has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 with Interserve as a Marketing Manager. In 2013, they joined Landmarc Solutions as a Communications Manager and later became the Head of Communications & Engagement in 2020.
Karen Porter attended the University of Wolverhampton from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Business Administration. During the same period, they also studied at Hogeschool Holland, where they obtained a Dutch Diploma in European Business Administration.

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets. Jointly owned by Mitie and Amentum. Landmarc's 24 hour National Service Centre (NSC) also provides a single national point of contact for any user of the UK Defence Training Estate and the general public to answer queries, report break-downs or raise service requests.
