Philip Morris has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Radar Operator at Landmarc Solutions since June 2019, where responsibilities include the transportation, setup, maintenance, and operation of tactical radar equipment. Philip also holds the position of Rural Team Leader, managing a team of five operatives and overseeing a range of site management tasks including fuel and chemical store management, safety compliance, and project planning. Prior to Landmarc, Philip was self-employed as an HGV Driver and served in the Royal Marines, specializing in transport and logistics. Philip's educational background includes a BSc (Honours) in Environmental Science from The Open University and various qualifications in conservation, agriculture, and outdoor education.

This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets. Jointly owned by Mitie and Amentum. Landmarc's 24 hour National Service Centre (NSC) also provides a single national point of contact for any user of the UK Defence Training Estate and the general public to answer queries, report break-downs or raise service requests.
