Mahmoud Thaher

Mahmoud Thaher currently serves as the Executive Chef at Landmark Amman Hotel & Conference Center since September 2022, following a role as Executive Sous Chef at Landmark Hotel Amman from September 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Sous Chef at InterContinental Aqaba Resort (July 2021 - September 2022) and Executive Chef at Awani (July 2019 - October 2020). Mahmoud has also held positions such as Executive Sous Chef at Swiss-Belhotel International (January 2017 - March 2019) and Radisson Blu (December 2016 - March 2017), as well as Sous Chef at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels (August 2012 - December 2016). Earlier in the career, Mahmoud progressed through roles at Kempinski Hotels as Junior Sous Chef and Chef de Partie, and began as Assistant Chef at Amerie Suites Hotel, following a foundational position as Commis at Four Seasons Amman. Education includes a Tawjihi Degree from Taha Hussein School, completed from 1999 to 2002.
