The Human Resources team at Landmark Cinemas Canada is responsible for managing the company's workforce-related functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. They ensure the well-being of Cast and Crew through effective HR policies, payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the team supports mental health and engagement initiatives in line with the company's commitment to its employees and the community.
