Barb Murdocca, SRES, SFR, has extensive experience in real estate management and operations, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Landmark Commercial Realty since September 2013 and as Executive Director at Going the Extra Miles since June 2024. Previous roles include serving as C.E.O at Skyline Exhibits Kentucky from January 2006 to July 2009, Director of Operations at Katchmark Construction, Inc. from October 2003 to August 2007, and various positions at Colliers International, including Property Management Consultant and Commercial Property Manager. Barb Murdocca has specialized in improving underperforming real estate assets, managing competitive bid processes, and overseeing construction projects to enhance ROI. Education includes a B.A. in History from Randolph-Macon College.
