Tammy Z. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Tammy began their career as a Collections Representative at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 1998, and later worked as a Recovery Specialist and Bankruptcy Specialist. In 2004, Tammy became an Agency Specialist, managing collection agency accounts and researching misapplied payments. Tammy subsequently joined Sand Castle Field Services as a Customer Service Representative and Team Lead from 2006 to 2011. Tammy then moved to Johnson Controls, where they served as an AR representative and Senior Credit Analyst. Tammy'sresponsibilities included analyzing business trends, managing a $5m AR portfolio, and collaborating with regional management to improve financial performance. In 2016, Tammy joined Landmark Credit Union as an Account Receivable Coordinator, and later transitioned to roles as a Recovery Specialist and Fraud Specialist. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong analytical skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Tammy Z. obtained their Masters in Management (MM) with a specialization in Change Management from the University of Phoenix - Wisconsin campus, where they attended from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Notary from Landmark Credit Union in November 2021.
