Melissa Simon

Melissa Simon is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Landmark Dividend LLC since November 2012, Melissa has previously held roles in talent management and administrative support within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Executive Assistant and Client Services Manager at Healthcare Communications Group, as well as various executive support roles at Pacific Retail Capital Partners, Somera Capital Management, and John A. Martin & Associates. Melissa began the career in marketing and production at Nebraska Educational Television, having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1986 and 1991.
