Charlie Wilson has a background in sales management and customer relations. As a Business Development and Retention Manager at Landmark Ford Lincoln, they oversee the daily operations of the BDC department and train staff. They also analyze customer buying patterns, track results, and manage CRM software. In previous roles at Brooks Sports, Insport International, and Sporthill Inc, they demonstrated expertise in growing sales revenue and developing key relationships. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University, they bring a unique perspective to their sales roles.
