Ankita Singh has over eight years of experience in retail management, currently serving as a Store Manager at Landmark Group since August 2017, after holding positions as Deputy Store Manager and Team Lead. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Store Manager at Ritika Private Limited, where responsibilities encompassed customer complaint resolution and store profitability management, and as DSM at Jumbo Electronics Company Limited, focusing on customer service and sales staff training. Ankita began a professional journey as a Management Trainee, acquiring knowledge in product assortment and competition analysis across various categories. Educationally, Ankita holds a PGDM in Retail Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology, conferred in 2015.
