Nimidha Shringarpure is an experienced HR professional with a background in talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - HR at Landmark Group since April 2013, Nimidha is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, managing the HR Information System (HRMS), and driving talent engagement initiatives.
