Scott Grogan

Scott Grogan has extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Scott is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Landmark Hospitality since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at The Fireman Hospitality Group from March 2020 to November 2022. Scott also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Landmark Developers & Hospitality from July 2015 to March 2020.

Before joining Landmark Developers & Hospitality, Grogan worked at OTG Management as the Controller EWR Operations. In this role, they were responsible for real estate management and operations of a $200 million airport concession operating company. Scott implemented internal controls, financial reporting, and profitability engineering for the company.

Grogan has also worked as a CFO/Financial Operations Consultant at various consulting firms in 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Controller at Doherty Enterprises from February 2010 to October 2013, overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, payroll, accounting, and treasury functions.

Earlier in their career, Grogan worked as a Controller at DG3 - Diversified Global Graphics Group from September 2008 to January 2010, where they managed financial reporting, internal control, and inventory analysis.

Grogan's career began at Merrill Lynch, where they served as VP Finance from 1993 to 2008. In this role, they managed financial analytics, accounting treatment, financial compliance, and progress reporting for technology infrastructure initiatives.

Before joining Merrill Lynch, Grogan worked at Lasky Printing as a Controller from 1989 to 1993, where they were responsible for all functional areas of accounting and control.

Scott began their career as a Senior Staff Accountant at JH Cohn & Company from 1986 to 1989.

Scott Grogan attended Stockton University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Scott also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business (BSNS) during the same period. In September 1986, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
