Prior to joining Landmark, he held various roles with Onward Investors, Eden Prairie, MN; Oppidan Investment Company, Excelsior, MN; Target Property Development, Minneapolis, MN; and the Opus Group, Irvine, CA.
Art studied Civil Engineering at Iowa State University.
