Charlie Whalen

Charlie Whalen joined Landmark Properties and Collegiate Construction in 2010 as the Vice President of Construction and Development. He brings 25 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential/multi-family construction.

Charlie is an active member of Athens First United Methodist Church and has been a recent board member of PCAA Athens.
