Chase Powell

Chase Powell is a Development Manager at Landmark Properties, Inc. Prior to joining Landmark, they served as Vice President of Development at Haven Communities from August 2019 to May 2021. Chase also worked as a Development Analyst at Portman Holdings from January 2019 to August 2019, and as a Development Associate at MidCity Real Estate Partners / The Griffin Company from September 2015 to December 2018. Additionally, Powell served as Program Manager at the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance from July 2012 to September 2015, and as an Intern at Legacy Ventures Hospitality from November 2011 to August 2012.

Chase Powell attended Blessed Trinity Catholic High School before going on to study political science at Saint Joseph's University. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued a Master of Real Estate Development at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Chase Powell reports to James B. Whitley, Co-Founder & COO. They are on a team with Jared Munneke - Operations Manager, Rob Turk - Development Manager, and Nick Drummond - Regional VP, Operations.
