Daniel Padilla

Daniel Padilla has extensive experience in the construction management field, currently serving as Lead Superintendent at Landmark Properties, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Superintendent at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC from June 2021 to August 2022. Daniel's career began at Wohlsen Construction Company, where responsibilities included Project Manager and Superintendent from February 2015 to June 2021. Daniel Padilla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, earned between 2013 and 2015, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University, obtained from 2004 to 2008.
