Joel Peterson

Joel Peterson is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Director of Construction and Project Executive at Landmark Properties, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Joel held various senior positions at Life Time Inc. from September 2010 to August 2022, including Project Executive, Senior Director of Construction/Preconstruction, and Senior Project Manager. In addition, Joel operated as the Owner of Joel T. Peterson Consulting from April 2009 to June 2010, specializing in Certified Hospital Inspection services on OSHPD projects.
