Justin Hu is the managing director at Landmark Properties, Inc. Prior to their current position, Justin worked as a software developer at Broadway Technology from July 2018 to September 2020. While at Broadway Technology, Justin built several multi-threaded C++ components sitting atop Toc (Broadway’s distributed platform) and communicating with external exchanges over FIX protocol, allowing financial institutions to trade global assets with their customers, contributing prices and recording trade details. In addition, Justin setup and maintained end-to-end Python automatic testing batteries using event-driven programming. Furthermore, Justin designed and developed a full stack solution that seamlessly distributed Broadway’s end-user applications to user’s Windows system and control applications based on user’s input, utilizing the Toc ecosystem.

Before Broadway Technology, Justin worked as a research assistant at the University of Waterloo from January 2017 to April 2017. During their time as a research assistant, Justin worked on designing a UAV(drone) coordination framework with grad students. In addition, Justin built message-based event-driven distributed system with Python3, RabbitMQ and MongoDB. Furthermore, Justin optimized scheduler execution time by 10% on average, backed by Gurobi LP optimizer.

Lastly, Justin worked as a software developer at SAP from May 2016 to August 2016.

Justin Hu received a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

Their manager is J. Wesley Rogers, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with JD Goering - SVP, John Kendrick - AVP, Acquisition Services, and Porter McDonald - Managing Director.
