Nelson Cook

Nelson Cook is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in estimating and preconstruction management. Currently serving as the Director of Estimating at Landmark Properties, Inc. since March 2023, Nelson has previously held key positions including Director of Preconstruction at Bonaventure and Breeden Construction, and Chief Estimator for KATERRA's Pacific Northwest Region. A LEED Accredited Professional and Associate Design-Build Institute of America member, Nelson's extensive expertise encompasses personnel management, workflow optimization, and P&L responsibilities. With a career spanning over two decades, Nelson has successfully improved bidding success rates and fostered strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors across multiple organizations. Nelson's foundational education includes a diploma from North Tonawanda High School and service in the United States Navy from 1987 to 1992.
