Additionally, Mariano DeCola was the Owner and President-CEO of Cottonwood Construction Co. from January 1973 to December 2011. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts (M.A.) from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Northern Colorado.
