Glenda Gehl

Glenda Gehl, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of R&D Crop Inputs and President of Forage Genetics International at Land O'Lakes, Inc., a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Glenda held various leadership roles at Land O'Lakes, including Vice President of Dairy Member Relations and Vice President and General Manager at Forage Genetics International. Experience includes managing national teams to support dairy member owners and driving annual sales in the agronomy sector as Regional Sales Manager at WinField United. Earlier career achievements include serving as Territory Sales Manager at Monsanto, where Glenda focused on increasing market share for DEKALB/Asgrow products. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Urbana University.
