Jen Halbert Byrne

Jen Halbert Byrne, MA-HRIR, currently serves as an Employee Relations Consultant at Land O'Lakes, Inc., a role held since March 2016. Jen Halbert has also taken on various positions within the company, including HR Portfolio Manager, HR Special Operations, HR Business Partner for WinField United, and HR Representative in the Pathways Rotational Program. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and a Staffing Specialist with ManpowerGroup. Jen holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Global Issues from Valparaiso University. Additionally, Jen Halbert has served as a Board Member for the YMCA of Battle Creek.
