Neha Shah, MBA, is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in managing large-scale manufacturing processes. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Land O'Lakes, Inc., Neha oversees five plants processing over 9.5 million pounds of milk daily and has effectively managed significant budgets and logistics planning. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Nestle USA, where Neha directed operations at the largest ice cream plant globally, and Plant Manager at General Mills, leading a turnaround for a frozen dough facility. Neha's career also includes various positions at the National Toxicology Laboratory, focusing on data analysis and strategic planning. Neha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Temple University and an MBA from California State University, Bakersfield.
