Samuel Tyler

Samuel Tyler is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in teaching and coaching. Currently serving as a History Teacher and Coach at Landon School since June 2021, Samuel also taught Political Theory courses as an Adjunct Professorial Lecturer at American University from August 2020 to June 2021. Prior to these roles, Samuel was a Ph.D. Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Davis, from August 2014 to December 2019, where a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science was attained. Samuel's professional experience includes serving as the Director of Operations and Development at Breakout Lacrosse and working as a Project Assistant at Winston & Strawn LLP. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis, and a BA in Political Science from Kenyon College.
