Rafael Jancen

Rafael Jancen currently serves at Landratsamt Esslingen in the role of Fachstelle Demokratie und Toleranz since January 2023. Prior to this position, Rafael worked with Sprungtuch e.V. from August 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Koordinierungs- und Fachstelle der Partnerschaft für Demokratie Lübeck and serving as Projektleiter for the Lübecker Sprach- und Kulturmittler:innen-Pool "Komm'Mit." Additionally, Rafael held the position of Projektkoordinator for "Startup Port" with a focus on Gender & Diversity at Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg (HAW Hamburg) from January 2021 to December 2022. Rafael earned a Master of Arts in Mehrsprachigkeit und Bildung from the University of Hamburg between 2014 and 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in Slavistik/Osteuropastudien from the same institution from 2010 to 2014.
