Jeff Wochner

Jeff Wochner currently serves as Division President at Landsea Homes since July 2022. Prior to this, Jeff held various leadership roles at Beazer Homes from November 2012 to July 2022, including Division President, Regional Director of FP&A, Land Acquisition, and Manager of FP&A. Jeff also gained experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at Shea Homes from August 2010 to October 2012. Academically, Jeff earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southwestern Christian University.
