Kelly Rentzel

Kelly Rentzel serves as General Counsel at Landsea Homes since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kelly Rentzel was the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Executive Vice President at First Foundation Inc. from July 2021 to November 2023, overseeing legal matters for a publicly-traded financial services company with multiple locations. Kelly Rentzel also held various legal positions at Texas Capital Bank from October 2012 to June 2021, including General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Director of Legal Services. Early in the legal career, Kelly Rentzel worked as a Staff Attorney at the U.S. District Courts and as an Associate Attorney at both Sayles | Werbner, PC and Baker Botts. Kelly Rentzel earned a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University.
