Mara Sundquist

Mara Sundquist is a seasoned professional in land acquisition and development, currently serving as the Vice President of Land Acquisition at Landsea Homes since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mara held various positions within the same company, including Director of Land and Director of Entitlement & Development. Mara's experience also includes serving as Director of Land at William Ryan Homes from May 2022 to March 2023, and as Senior Asset Manager at Walton Global from June 2021 to May 2022. Prior to these roles, Mara was with Woodside Homes for several years, working as Land Acquisition Manager and Land Project Manager. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Planning and Development Manager at Walton Development and Management. Mara holds a degree from Cornell College.
