Catherine Eastwood

Catherine Eastwood has a solid background in the property and asset management industry. Catherine started their career in 2009 as a Senior Property Manager at Thamesview, where they gained experience in managing properties. In 2012, they moved on to become the Head of Portfolio Management at London Central Portfolio Ltd Residential Funds and Asset Managers.

In 2013, Catherine joined Touchstone CPS as a Director, overseeing property and asset management for the company's clients. Catherine was responsible for developing strategic business models, conducting investment analysis, and project managing large-scale refurbishments. Catherine had extensive knowledge of London's property market and managed various types of properties, including traditional stock, purpose-built PRS stock, and Build to Rent affordable properties.

After four years with Touchstone CPS, Catherine joined Wellcome Trust in 2017 as an Asset Manager, focusing on investments. Catherine worked in this role for two years before moving on to their most recent position at Landsec. Since 2019, Catherine has been with Landsec, initially working in strategy and subsequently taking on the role of Operations Director (Residential) as of January 2021.

Catherine Eastwood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, obtained from Queen Mary University of London in May 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various fields, including IOSH Managing Safely from IOSH in April 2014, assocIRPM from IRPM (Public Page) in October 2013, and MARLA from NFoPP in July 2011.
