Leighton Castle has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the field of business analysis and project management. Leighton started their career in 1999 as a 2nd Line Support Analyst at Trillium. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as an Analyst Programmer at Trillium. In 2007, they joined Land Securities Trillium as a Business Analyst, where they reported to the Project Manager and delivered functional and design specifications for different projects. Leighton then moved to Landsec in 2014, initially working as a Senior Business Analyst and later became the Principal Business Analyst. In these roles, Leighton managed projects, led teams of analysts and developers, and contributed to the strategy and direction of the Land Securities application portfolio. Leighton was responsible for delivering key projects and ensuring they met business objectives. Leighton's expertise includes working with general PRINCE 2 methodologies and agile approaches depending on the project scale. Leighton currently holds the position of HR Systems and Services Manager at Landsec, starting in October 2019.

Leighton Castle obtained a BSC (Hons) degree in Social Sciences from Bath Spa University, completing the program from 1994 to 1997.
