Liza Brothers

Liza Brothers has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Liza began their career in 1997 at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd as a Retail Learning and Development Manager. After three years, they moved to Sainsbury's Online Retail Business as a Business Partner. In 2002, they joined Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd again, this time as the Corporate Learning and Development Manager - Change and IT. Liza then joined Sunrise Senior Living in 2009 as an HR Business Partner before moving to Home Retail Group in 2010 for the same role. Currently, they are working at Land Securities, where they joined in 2014 as the Head of HR - Retail and L&D. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Head of HR and Talent. Liza has acquired extensive experience in HR and talent management throughout their career.
