Semiha Richens

Semiha Richens has held various roles in the finance sector since 2004. Semiha started their career as an Accounts Controller at LaSalle Investment Management, where they worked until 2008. Semiha then joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Client Accounts Team Leader for two years. In 2014, Semiha joined Land Securities as a Senior Property Accountant and later moved up to the position of Senior Finance Manager for London Property Finance. From 2016 to 2023, they served as the Head of Property Finance and led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and Yavica into the Landsec Finance Function. Currently, Semiha holds the role of Head of Property Finance Transformation at Landsec, where they oversee the integration and automation of business-wide processes to enhance competitiveness and mitigate operational risks.

Semiha Richens attended Eskisehir University from 1995 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in University, specifically in the field of study called University of Anatolia. Additionally, they also had some experience at ACCA, although the specific duration and degree pursued are unknown.
