Eva-Lotta Hedblad

Eva-Lotta Hedblad currently serves as a Sakkunnig hälso-och sjukvård at Löf since February 2022 and has been a Utvecklingsledare at Region Östergötland since September 2013. In the role of Instruktions sjuksköterska at the barnkirurgisk avdelning, Eva-Lotta Hedblad engages in operational improvement work, focusing on the introduction of new staff, implementing SBAR reporting methods, and adopting LEAN as a strategic framework within the unit. Additionally, responsibilities include providing methodological support to teams working on various improvement initiatives based on LEAN principles. Prior experience also includes serving as Biträdande vårdenhetschef. Eva-Lotta Hedblad furthered education at Karolinska Institutet from October 2021 to May 2022.
