Matt Rafalko

Matt Rafalko's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Student Fundraiser for the Iowa State University Foundation, where they later became a Program Assistant. As a Program Assistant, they were responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and managing new employees. Matt implemented skill workshops and an incentivized goal system, which resulted in a 15% reduction in turnover. Matt individually raised over $200,000 for scholarships and college initiatives.

In 2016, Matt Rafalko worked as a Data Research Analyst II at Kingland Systems. The following year, they joined OmniVista Solutions as a Systems Analyst, and then went on to work as a Member Care Representative II at Nationwide from July 2017 to February 2018.

From February 2018 to February 2020, Matt Rafalko served as a Client Integration Engineer at Milliman IntelliScript. Matt then joined Uline as a Software Developer from February 2020 to May 2021.

In May 2021, they started working at Northwestern Mutual as a Software Developer and later transitioned into the role of a Software Engineer in November 2021. Matt worked there until August 2022.

Most recently, in August 2022, Matt Rafalko joined Landus as a Senior Frontend Engineer.

Matt Rafalko attended Antioch Community High School from 2009 to 2013, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they enrolled at Iowa State University and pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Matt Rafalko obtained certifications in SQL and Software Quality Assurance from TestDome in February 2020.
