Team & Role

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to play a critical role in scaling our commercial operations, refining our processes, and ensuring our growth targets are met efficiently. This role requires a highly driven and analytical individual, passionate about continuous improvement and adept at using data to identify solutions and drive success. 

What We Are Looking For

  • You will be managing CRM data and workflows to ensure efficient and effective processes, maintaining data integrity and accuracy
  • You will be optimising the wider revenue tech stack, ensuring it supports commercial results effectively
  • You will be overseeing the marketing, sales, and partnership funnel and pipeline, and performing accurate sales forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • You will be monitoring key commercial KPIs, reporting on team performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • You will be building and enhancing CRM dashboards, ensuring key metrics are accessible and provide actionable insights
  • You will be developing and maintaining training documentation and SOPs to refine commercial processes, embedding best practice across teams
  • You will be serving as the nexus for operations, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnership, and Client teams to ensure data consistency and process alignment You will be managing CRM data to make sure all processes run smoothly and effectively

Your Skills & Experience

  • You have 4-8 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably within a SaaS or FS tech business at Series B stage or later
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • You have a strong proficiency in CRM systems, with an emphasis on HubSpot. Experience with other sales enablement and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable growth strategies
  • You have proven experience in managing and optimising a tech stack that aligns with sales and marketing operations
  • You have a strong understanding of sales forecasting methods and performance metrics. Experience in setting and tracking KPIs and dashboards for commercial success.
  • You have proven experience in training and coaching, with the ability to empower SDRs and BDRs
  • You have demonstrated experience working with leadership to develop goals and operational plans that drive business growth
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • You have fluency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • You thrive working cross-functionally with diverse teams, ensuring that all commercial operations are in harmony
  • You have a constant drive for improvement and the enthusiasm to implement innovative solutions to operational challenges You have
