Juan Rivera

Juan Rivera is an experienced Program Manager at Lane County Government since January 2020, specializing in program development, growth, and solvency across Public Health, Behavioral Health, and Community Health Centers. Previously, Juan served as a Bilingual Vaccination & Testing Registration Program Lead, providing assistance to Spanish-speaking community members and training staff at vaccination and testing events.
