Hayley Van Horn, MSW, QMHP-C, is a seasoned professional in the field of social work with extensive experience in mental health and community advocacy. Currently serving as a System of Care Coordinator, Behavioral Health Care Manager, and Mental Health Specialist at Lane County Government since April 2017, Hayley has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of behavioral health systems. Previous roles include Community Organizer at the Student Advocacy Center of Michigan in 2016, Family Case Manager at the United Way of Central Alabama from 2013 to 2015, and Youth Development Specialist with the Peace Corps from 2011 to 2013.
