Susan Ze Anderson-Brown

Susan Ze Anderson-Brown is the Executive Director of Human Resources at Lane Education Service District since 2022, overseeing strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders to support sixteen school districts in Lane County. Previous roles include Executive Director of Human Resources for Burlington School District, Director of Human Resources for Addison Northwest School District, and Global Human Resources Business Partner at Husky Injection Molding Systems. Susan also served as HRS for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and held HR leadership positions at the Visiting Nurse Association and Counseling Service of Addison County. Education includes an MBA in Human Resources & Supply Chain Management from Clarkson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Human Resources Management from Champlain College.
