Irina Chernogorskaya

Irina Chernogorskaya is the current Human Resources & Recruitment Lead at Langate Software. Prior to this, they were the Manager of the business center/HR-manager at R-Life from December 2012 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for negotiating with customers, renting offices, drafting and conclusion of contracts, cash management, financial report, staff management, working with vacancies of varying complexity and different specializations, search for candidates using various methods, resume screening, presentation of candidates to company, and participation in on-boarding.

Irina Chernogorskaya has a Master's degree in Web design from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics. Irina also has certification from SourceIT in IT-recruting and Web design 07/16-2139.

Irina Chernogorskaya reports to Vlad Vakser, CEO. They are on a team with Pavel Kovalenko - CTO, Anna Krivets - Head, Marketing, and Borys Schukin - Financial Director.
