Irina Chernogorskaya

Irina Chernogorskaya has extensive experience working in HR and recruitment roles at R-Life from December 2012 to January 2016 as Manager of the business center/HR-manager, and at Langate Software from February 2016 to present as HR/Recruitment Lead and HR Generalist. Irina has been involved in negotiating with customers, renting offices, drafting contracts, cash management, financial reporting, staff management, and various recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
